I had been to 5 audiologists/hearing aid specialists before I found Charles McCabe, none of which were able to help very well. Before Charles McCabe, I had to tell the audiologists/hearing aid specialists how to make the adjustments and even then it did not turn out well. With Charles McCabe, he knew what I needed and how to make the adjustments before I asked and it always turned out very well. He is a true professional that knows his business better than anyone else that I have met before. He is never rushed and always treats each patient with the utmost courtesy. Dr. McCabe was very caring and professional. He took time to set up aides into phone along with everything else required, and was very patient about responding to every question and concern I had..
